We start by turning the idea into a plan: what the first version must do, what it can leave out, the right technology choices, and a realistic budget and timeline. Scoping well is the biggest single factor in an MVP shipping on time.

Building it

I've built and shipped native iOS and Android apps, web products and backend platforms myself - from a cockpit iPad app used by British Airways and Virgin Atlantic pilots to AI-powered consumer products. Depending on the project I build hands-on, lead a small team, or both.
